Refund policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a picture of the packing slip and the tuber clearly showing the damage or problem. Include a description of the problem and the desired resolution. We will contact you and do all we can to make it right. Send the pictures to gracegardenblooms@gmail.com to start the process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returned tubers. Credit toward future purchases or refunds are subject to submittal of photo proof of damage.
We make every effort to properly identify the varieties. Improper identification is rare but possible. If you find that the blooms from the tuber you purchased do not match the expected variety, please contact us. Send a picture of the original packing slip with a picture of the resulting bloom to gracegardenblooms@gmail.com. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your pictures of the damaged tubers, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
