4-6 inch peach balls.  I heard that this bloom was names after James and the giant peach.  This could almost be purchased as a novelty flower.  I love showing the large peach blooms to children and correlating it to the book.  The stems are strong, the plants are about 4 feet tall.  The blooms are sometimes pointed downward, which isn't the best for bouquets, but is definitely fun because those are usually the largest blooms.
